By now, most of you will have received the invite to my father's birthday party on May 10th and already know that my brother and I would like to surprise my father with a vacation. We have pooled together $1000 thus far and are asking friends and family that as an alternative to traditional gifts, to give money towards this collective birthday present. This website will track how much is raised. On the day of his birthday party, everyone who contributed will give him his present in the form of a very large birthday card!

A savings account with Bank of America has been set up to collect the money raised. If you wish to give toward Jim’s birthday present, please send checks to “Lisa Labita Woodson” (his daughter) and they will be recorded and deposited into the savings account. We also ask that the money be sent prior to May 2^nd to allow us time to organize the presentation of his gift.
